Area goat farm is expanding

PIPE — LaClare Farms, maker of the current U.S. Championship Evalon goat’s milk cheese, is moving forward with its new farmstead dairy plant in northeast Fond du Lac County. The dairy is located north of the community of Pipe on Highway 151 in the town of Calumet and is owned by the Larry and Clara Hedrich family of Chilton. Full Story: Fond du Lac Reporter
