FdL man arrested for fifth OWI

A 54-year-old New Holstein man was arrested for a fifth operating with a prohibited alcohol content after he allegedly hit a car parked in a driveway. Gary Loppnow was charged Monday morning by Assistant District Attorney Scot Mortier. Full Story: Fond du Lac Reporter
