A 61-year-old Oakfield man faces a seventh operating a vehicle while intoxicated charge.
Cash bail of $5,000 was set for Lawrence Nicholson, who was driving to see his girlfriend when he was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Dec. 29, according to police reports read in court by prosecuting attorney Scot Mortier.
Nicholson appeared before Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Judge Peter Grimm with attorney Reisha Mitchell on Wednesday.
