Guitar thief placed on probation

A 23-year-old Waupun man hoping to impress his girlfriend with a wad of cash after pawning three stolen guitars will spend time in jail. Levi J. Garceau of rural Waupun was found guilty of felony theft of moveable property and misdemeanor bail jumping during a plea and sentencing hearing in Dodge County Circuit Court.
