Anderson murder trial defense: Shooting was an accident

The 33-year-old Fond du Lac woman found dead in her Winnebago Drive home in November 2011 was intentionally shot in the head by her husband as he stood over her, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Dan Kaminsky said in his opening argument Tuesday. “Nicole was found laying on her side as if she was sleeping,” Kaminsky told the jurors on day two of the murder trial for Jason Anderson.
