Judge keeps Wis. teen's murder case in adult court

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) -- A judge has ruled the trial of a Sheboygan teenager accused in the killing of a 78-year-old woman will remain in adult court. Judge Timothy Van Akkeren ruled Wednesday after a hearing on whether to move the 14-year-old boy's case to juvenile court. Full Story: Today's TMJ4

This is a complete outrage to me! How in the world can they make sense of putting a 14 year old in adult court and he was only 13 when the crime was committed!! What is the even the point in having a juvenile court system if it is not going to be used!? These boys are BOYS, not men and they should be treated as such!!!!
