Hopper resigns as head of economic development corporation

Randy Hopper, the troubled head of the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corp., resigned Tuesday afternoon from that post in the wake of his recent arrest in Fond Du Lac. The SCEDC’s board of directors accepted Hopper’s resignation this afternoon, City of Sheboygan Administrator Jim Amodeo told aldermen during tonight’s Committee of the Whole meeting.
