FdL man pleads no contest to videotaping teen

A 50-year-old Fond du Lac man has pleaded no contest to two charges related to videotaping a partially-nude 13-year-old girl. John Wagner, 29 S. Military Road, was charged with one count of capturing a nude image without consent and one count of invasion of privacy. Full Story: Fond du Lac Reporter
